Andre Nadeau

Managing Member

Andre is a third generation builder whose father, Roger, started Nadeau Construction Unlimited in the late 1960s in Troy, New York prior to moving to Florida. He has specialized in custom-built homes in Marion County, Florida since 1971. Andre is a long-time member of the Marion County Building Industry Association.

Andre’s love for construction lies in making people happy and exceeding their expectations. His reputation for building high-quality homes is well known in Marion County.

“When our clients come home, I want it to be an event,” he says.

His love for being on the job site and working closely with clients means that he remains on-site from the beginning as the land is being cleared until the final coat of paint dries.

Rusty Stout

Managing Member

Rusty is an Ocala native who learned construction from his father, Wayne, who was a registered building, roofing, and mechanical contractor in Marion County for many years. Rusty learned a variety of trades while working several construction-related jobs throughout high school and college.

He quickly realized he had a passion for home design and construction, so he acquired his State of Florida Certified Building License in 1996. Rusty loves the creative nature of custom home design and construction.

“There’s something noble about building a home,” he says. “It’s more than a place to protect its occupants from the elements; it’s where memories are made. Having this creative outlet, solving design problems to meet a family’s needs, and seeing the project executed during the construction process are incredibly appealing.”

Rusty owns two other construction-related companies: IPC Services, Inc. and ICL Builders Group, Inc. IPC is a pre-construction company that assists builders and owner-builders throughout Florida with home designs and other services. He founded ICL Builders Group, Inc. in 2003 in response to client demand. Since then, these companies have come to earn reputations for providing superb quality, creative building projects, and satisfied customers.
