Neadeau Stout Custom Homes is proud to announce two new plans the Buckhorn and Buckhorn II. Building on years of experience in modern and efficient design these floorplans are luxurious living at its best. This new floor plan design is perfect for Ocala new home buyers.
The Buckhorn
Openness and flexibility best describe The Buckhorn’s modern floor plan. Three bedrooms and two baths configured in a split-plan design give you and your guests privacy. A beautiful sliding barn door accesses a bonus room that can serve as a study, den, or fourth guest room. The open kitchen features a large island and lots of counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large casual dining room that features over sized windows to take advantage of the lanai and back yard beauty. A large sliding glass door ensures lots of natural light pours in from the lanai. The master bath has three different layouts to choose from! The first includes a true his and hers massive shower with separate bathing areas. The second optional bathroom layout adds a free standing tub with a traditional sized shower and the last increases one of the walk-in closets if you need more storage space. With all this, it is hard to find another design that can offer you more in 1,900 square feet!
The Buckhorn II
Building on the incredible floor plan of The Buckhorn, we decided to take the design to the next level by adding a few subtle, but valuable enhancements. The Buckhorn II pushes the Study and Garage forward, increases the size of the Kitchen and Great Room. A task desk was added in the Great Room that is easily concealed by a beautiful sliding barn-style door. Both the Kitchen island cabinet and pantry were enlarged. The Utility Room was relocated, enlarged and made to be a secluded space, rather than a room you have to walk through while entering the house from the garage. This gave way to add a “Welcome Home” cabinet for additional organization in the hallway. A half bath was added adjacent to the study as well. While these changes do increase the home size a little, the value of them will far out weight the additional investment.
